		<description>Hey Kurt, thanks for the feedback. With the pork stew, I actually use a pork tenderloin and slow cook it until it splits open, which helps eliminate tough hunks of meat in the stew. I simply cut the tenderloin in half and allowed that to slow cook. As for the wine I used, it was a bottle of very cheap Sangiovese that I hadn&#039;t finished. Not something we sell in the store, I think it was a gift... all of my Just Grapes wine purchases end up happily drank, so I don&#039;t usually have leftovers on hand. 

I&#039;ll get you a more concise version of the recipe, but with stews, I usually like to throw everything but the kitchen sink in. Cooking it slow and low (once the meat is cooked through) is what works best for me.
