2011 Love Over Money Green Eyes Grüner Veltliner, Austria

Expressive aromas of white blossoms, peach, and citrus with a soft, dryish medium body and a crisp, Meyer lemon, leafy earth and mineral finish. A nice dry oyster wine.

 2011 Affinitas Furmint, Hungary

A bouquet of peach and floral notes rise from the glass.  It is fresh & crisp, the typical Furmint flavor profile shows through its rich acidity and mineral notes. Exhibits a razor sharp focus. It is wonderfully balanced. Subtle in style yet extremely complex.  Pairs well with salads, cured cold meats, cheese, rich creamy dishes or even lightly spicy Asian influenced dishes.

 2011 Herman Moser Riesling Gelbing, Austria

Intense stone-fruit, delicate honey comb, fresh tangerine peel, elegant mixed herbs bouquet such as sage, juniper and nutmeg. It is rich and fruity, showing ripe white peach with spice( nutmeg and juniper berry) as well as some hints of sage, well integrated acidity and bright finish.  This Riesling is a perfect pair with any fish based dishes.

 2010 Pali Riviera Pinot Noir, Sonoma, California, USA

The 2010 “Riviera” Pinot Noir is light ruby in color, with a lovely nose of cherry, cranberry, blackberry, Asian spice, and gunpowder.  The palate is rich and layered, with powerful flavors of black cherry, blackberry, sassafras and spice.  The finish turns lighter with raspberry flavors lingering overtop of earthy, rustic tannins that will lengthen with time.

2011 Grayson Zinfandel, Napa Valley, California, USA

The Grayson Zinfandel shows a dark color with rich mixed raspberries, strawberries and brambles surrounded by hints of spice including black pepper and bacon. Intense richness carries through on the palate of this full bodied wine with explosive blackberry and vanilla flavors. The wine’s finish is long and elegant.

2011 Lamadrid Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina

A very well-concentrated and strong wine with intense red ruby colour. To the nose it is spicy with clove and cinnamon combined with ripe fruits. In the mouth persistent velvety tannins are well balanced with the acidity.  A dark red, displaying dill, cedar and smoke accents to its concentrated cassis and dark plum skin fruit. Distinctive, and toasty on the finish. Drink now. 12,000 cases made.
