2011 Tommasi Pinot Grigio, Valpolicella Classico Veneto, Italy

This wine has a moon yellow appearance, with a clean and spicy nose, typical hints of tropical fruit.  It is medium-bodied with a clean, round and soft taste and a crisp finish.  Recommended with light appetizers, soups and fish.

 

2011 Domaine Skouras Moscofilero, Greece

The color is light white yellow.  Opulent aromas of white flowers, light and fresh honeysuckle are revealed, rounded out with notes of rose petal and passion fruit.  Bright, joyful acidity that is positively refreshing leads on to a surprisingly long finish of orange rind and a whisper of white pepper.

 

2012 Ostatu Rose, Rioja, Spain

Bodegas Ostatu is a family winery located in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa region in the town of Samaniego.  This wine has aromas of floral and peaches and a good firm texture with nice minerals that give the fruits a fresh and lively feel on the palate.

 

2011 Lucky Star Pinot Noir, Sonoma County and Lodi, CA

Ripe red raspberry and cherry aromas carry through to the palate, balanced by a crisp yet silky ?nish. The wine pairs well with garlic-roasted chicken, grilled wild salmon, or herb-roasted pork tenderloin.

 

2010 Chateau St. Andre Corbin, France

Located  on Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion ( a confidential appellation with only twenty owners), the estate of  Saint-André Corbin enjoys an exceptional geographic situation. Aged in oak barrels during 15 month, this wine has a dark fruit, floral, straight and silky mouth and small fond tannin that are long and thin, fine and graceful.

 

2012 Centorri Moscato, Piedmont, Italy

Price: $11.49/bottle or $137.88/case

Pale sunshine yellow color with a slight frizzante.  This Moscato has intense aromas of peaches, rose petals and ginger.  On the palate, it is delicately sweet and sparkling, with modest acidity, good balance and complexity with a finish of fresh apricots.
