On the nose this wine shows orange blossom, acacia, violet, anise, mint, apple, lemon, citrus, apricot, acidic, herb, tea, and wild flower. On the palate: honey, orange, mango, kiwi, tangerine, apple, lemon, honeysuckle, spice, floral, herbal tea, wild flower, almond, pear, and crisp acid. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

This Sauvignon Blanc will pair well with poultry and seafood. Notes of lemon grass, lime peel and elderflower come through on the nose with background notes of white currant and red pepper.
