This is a light blonde to pale golden beer with bright and tiny bubbles.  It has a fine linen-white, meringue-like head and is fascinatingly complex.  There is a fragrance of fresh apples backed by mint, thyme, citrus, ginger, malt, hops, and cloves and a dry finish with bare hint of tannin.  11.5% abv

 

J.K.’s Skrumpy Hard Cider, Michigan, USA
